Project: Vine to Bottle
A photo essay documening a year in the life of a family run biodynamic wine farm, Albury Vineyard. Where wild flowers and biodiversity are not only welcomed but encouraged. No herbicides or pesticides are utilised in the growing phase and only the slightest hint of sulphur goes into their Sparkling wines and wines. The low impact this vineyard has on it’s enviroment and the quality of the end product makes you wonder why not all wine is made this way! Get down there for a hangover free adventure!
